Check-in/Check-out:
You can move into the room from 3.00 p.m. onwards.
Check out on the day of departure no later than 09.30 a.m., please!
If you leave earlier or arrive later than reserved the whole amount will be charged (no deductions). In the event that you are arriving after 6.00 p.m., we kindly request you to inform us of this briefly by telephone.

Deposit
In order to confirm the reservation we require a deposit.

Payment
We kindly ask you to pay your invoice one day before your departure. We only accept cash.

Reservation
Your reservation is only confirmed by receiving a written mail from our side.

Cancellation
The cancellation conditions apply according AGBH. The cancellation fees are as follows:

• up to 3 months before the date of arrival: no cancellation fee
• 3 months - 1 month before the date of arrival: 40% of the total agreed price
• 1 month - 1 week before the date of arrival: 70% of the total agreed price
• within the last week preceding the date of arrival: 90% of the total agreed price

Internet
We offer free internet access by cable and WiFi.

Smoking / Non smoking:
In all rooms and apartments smoking is allowed only on the balconies!

Parking
There are parking spaces in front of our house and in our garage.

Pets
Please understand that we don't accept pets.

Discount for children
Children will pay for an additional bed in the room of the parents following prices:

• 0-5 years: 10% of the normal price
• 6-12 years: 50% of the normal price
• 13-16 years: 100% of the normal price

AGBH
The General Terms and Conditions of Business for the Hotel Industry apply.
